I like the big for room

I don't like carpet in the room, look not so clean, really...!!!!! The pillow not comfortable (hard) and like darker (not clean). I suggest for add sofa in the lobby, because the only have one spot sofa, when so many quest wait for room, not enough sofa for sit and crowded.

Front Desk agent Felicia(?) that attended to our c/i and c/o & also the housekeeper (idk the name) provided

Location was convenient Room was spacious Nearby 2 malls, 1 big foodcourt, wet market(have to explore a little) Staff was very polite and helpful!!

Good location w nearby Mall and shops

Place filled w small cockroaches running arnd. Holes found @ Sugar sachets for making tea , even more surprising there were eggs and baby roaches in it. Don’t know how Long they last check on all this.. Didn’t took pictures of it cause I threw all of it immediately.. Smoking room w no ashtray. Limited carpark slots @ multi-story carpark.

The room was very dirty and there were cockroaches, asked for a change of room. They told us 10mins they will change room but we had to wait for more than 1 hour which spoils all our other plans and itinerary.

Cleanliness and there are no plates or spoons in the kitchen

Very dissapointed

The location of the hotel which is very convenient.

The 3 bedroom apartment was quite rundown with leaking aircon at the loving room and not cold aircon at the master bedroom. My kids had to sleep perspiring in the master room... The bathtub water stopper is not working too hence we cannot utilise the bathtub. Major checks need to be done.

What was the highlight of The BCC Hotel & Residence

I hope to hear feedback from their management on my comments.

This were the 3rd consecutive years that i spend CNY at this hotel, on top of having an apartment (for 6 pax) with family, the location were the most advantage to this hotel. But unfortunately during this trip staying were a horrible experience.

The room towel were terrible, it's like a piece of broken cloth and gray in colour! Room aircon was also water leaking and floor were bloated unevenly. When i tried to called room service in the morning, they turned up only after my second called after i came back from shopping!!! We had reserved and paid an extra bed prior arrived to hotel, but our extra bed was only made available to our room in the evening ONLY!!!

Good and near to places of interest. Facilities can be improve.

The room is big and the service staff and House cleaners are fast and friendly.

I got 2 room. One of the room hot water was not working and the other room Aircon was not cool...

Stained and leaking apartment

Location .The 2 king room was upgraded to premier suite .Nice room for the premier suite.

I've book the 3 bedroom apartment and 2 king room .It was disappointing for the 3 bedroom apartment.The room is dusty,aircon leaking .Bedsheet is horrible dirty and stained.Called the receptionist and we asked for the change of room however they mention they are fully booked for the apartment.When we asked for refund the staff have to check with the manager.Back n fro for the fifth times,they mention they will give 3 separate room but 1 of the room there's no aircon.Which is ridiculous as we are paying 225 for 1 night but was given the bad room.When we asked for refund they mention cn only be given through booking.com unable to give cash on the spot.i was so angry.Where do they expect the 6 of us sleep n looked for new hotel with no extra cash.In the end they gave us 2 bedroom apartment and 1deluxe room.But the 2 bedroom apartment there's small cockroaches.Breakfast spread is horrible.Not much of the choice .will never returned there again.

Unable to get Taxi Or Grab Car

Love the room and so clean

Management does not allowed pick up from Grab or Gojak after check out and this cause so much poorly handle situation and the checking out is poorly management.

It was great after all

The toilet and the spaces is really wide. Close to the Mall, Street foods, Food court.

Quite upset because we can't have extra towel as requested
